Bond Civil & Utility Construction Inc. is hiring for a Project Controls role in the United States. You will manage costs, help develop and maintain construction schedules, and prepare budgets for estimates up to $25M while collaborating on larger bids.

The position requires strong client relations and safety program implementation. You will lead QA/QC efforts, forecast labor and subcontractor exposure, and coordinate with heavy subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven management insight to maximize employee productivity and performance; industry practices understood.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project-related cost management.
• Assist development and maintenance of the construction schedule and track milestones.
• Prepare take-offs and budgets for estimates up to $25M and collaborate on larger estimates.
• Implement the project QA/QC program and safety program.
• Maintain monthly cost reports and forecasting of labor/subcontractor exposure.
• Develop strong client relationships through regular communication on schedules and progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors as a business partner to BOND.
