Job summary

Central Confinement Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support the Operations Manager in directing a construction project, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. You will lead scheduling, site visits, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and CCS leadership to meet plans and budgets.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, a construction-focused degree, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (50%).

Responsibilities

• Establish and update the project schedule and share with contractors and leadership.
• Assist site visits as required by leadership or owner requests.
• Ensure change orders are properly estimated, executed, and signed.
• Support kickoff meetings with CCS leadership, estimator, sales, and field personnel.
• Coordinate project meetings with owners/subcontractors before construction.
• Audit and ensure daily site reports are completed and escalated as needed.
• Oversee material returns and inventory for project credits.
• Supply field teams with necessary tools and supplies to execute projects.
• Support multiple projects at various stages and complexities.
• Ensure timely contract and PO deliveries to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review estimates, notes, and pre-construction materials before starting.
