Job summary

Central Confinement Service is seeking a Project Manager to assist the Operations Manager in directing construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost control. The role supports meetings, field coordination, and budgeting activities to meet program requirements.

Ideal candidates have a construction management or related degree and 3–6 years of experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule and share with stakeholders.
• Support site visits and field coordination as required.
• Ensure change orders are properly estimated, approved, and documented.
• Assist in planning kickoff and project meetings with CCS leadership, estimators, and field teams.
• Prepare and track daily site reports and flag issues promptly.
• Monitor material usage and manage returns or credits.
• Support multiple projects at varying stages of completion.
• Ensure timely contract and purchase order delivery to subs and suppliers.
• Review estimates, notes, and pre-construction materials to align with plans.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Type: Exempt

Report to: Operations Manager

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the overall design, direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. Ensures timeliness, quality, and best available cost performance. Meets specific project program requirements and adheres to corporate construction standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Effectively establishes the overall project schedule updating it regularly and distributed to all respective contractors and leadership team
2. Assist in performing regularly established site visits as required by leadership or owner requests
3. Must ensure change orders are properly estimated, executed, and obtain desired signatures upon delivery
4. Assist the Operations Manager with setup and direction of the internal project construction kickoff meeting with CCS leadership, estimator, sales rep, and field personnel
5. Assist the Project Manager for the site construction meeting with owner and/or subcontractors prior to construction starting
6. Responsible for auditing and ensuring all daily reports by the respective site personnel are completed and submitted on a daily basis, and report any issues immediately to leadership
7. Will ensure any overage or excess materials are properly returned, and or inventoried for project credits
8. Will ensure their field support team have all of the necessary tools and supplies to successfully execute their project
9. May be asked to help assist multiple projects at the same and in varying stages of completion and complexity
10. Ensures timely and accurate contract and purchase order deliveries to all subcontractors and suppliers
11. Prior to the start of a project, must review all estimates, sales notes, and pre- construction materials to ensure project may be constructed per plans, estimates, and scopes of work
12. All other duties assigned

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field

Experience

3 to 6 years of relevant experience
