Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance seeks a Project Manager to lead project teams, deliver on time and budget, and administer contracts and purchasing orders. Responsibilities include scheduling, procurement coordination, permits, insurance, and monthly payment applications with timely owner collections.

The role requires identifying risks and developing cost-effective mitigation strategies, plus strong reporting and stakeholder communication across on-site teams in Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in building construction, architecture, engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Review original estimate with the estimating department.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive construction schedule with superintendent assistance.
• Coordinate procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assure issuance of permits, certificates of insurance, and related documentation.
• Obtain certificates and specialty insurance coverages from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Create and maintain financial reporting, project logs, and records.
• Review and process change order requests from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment to the owner.
• Collect payments from the owner in a timely manner.
• Lead weekly onsite Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
