Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• 5–7 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience leading projects from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety initiatives and prioritizes safe project delivery.
• Reviews proposals, bids, and contracts to plan time, funding, staffing and resources.
• Establishes work plans and staffing for each phase of the project.
• Negotiates subcontracts and coordinates project staff.
• Directs project activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Prepares and presents project reports to management and clients.
• Provides technical guidance and resolves problems for project teams.
• Coordinates with regulatory and oversight agencies.
• Maintains candor, integrity and ethical business practices.
• Fosters win-win relationships with project partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
