Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services in the Greater Atlanta area seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer communication, and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities include project management, estimating, customer and vendor communication, and subcontractor oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review project documentation, scopes, and site conditions.
• Coordinate all construction trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners.
