You will lead diverse restoration and major new-build projects, coordinating with engineers, architects, owners, and general contractors to drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction project manager with a general contractor or subcontractor.
• In-depth knowledge of modern construction procedures and materials.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, building owners, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and process submittals, shop drawings, and samples.
• Oversee project material ordering, scheduling, logistics, and jobsite timelines.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with superintendents and foremen to resolve issues.
• Ensure accuracy in monthly billing, manage change orders, and document “as built” changes.
• Lead project closeout, punch list completion, final inspections, and site cleanup.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
