Job summary

Globeateliê is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee national and global restaurant remodel programs. You will lead remodels from start to finish, coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Based in the Central Ohio region with flexible remote options, the role focuses on delivering high-quality brand experiences for major restaurant brands and franchises worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects up to $2M.
• Experience in remodels for restaurants and retail.
• Experience with competitive bidding and contract processes.
• Strong leadership and thorough planning skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, team members, and consultants.
• Plan and execute remodel construction projects up to $2M.
• Utilize estimation skills to bid and win projects.
• Direct and lead Designers and General Contractors.
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met.
• Create and monitor the project schedule.
