Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm.
• Licensed or pursuing NCARB; or NCIDQ certification.
• Experience in project and program management.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiar with SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases from schematic design through construction documents and contract administration.
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure code compliance and brand standards.
• Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects or programs.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical knowledge for company growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members.
• Provide feedback on technical issues and sketch or redline details as needed.
• Support business development through growth of existing client accounts and onboarding of new contacts.
• Opportunities to lead programs with select retail clients as the key client contact while supporting business development.

Role Description

Globeateliê is seeking a full-time associate to support ideation and management of brand environments for national and global brands, lead project teams, and manage client accounts.

Candidate must have at least ten years' experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure code compliance and adherence to brand standards
• Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects and/or larger programs and initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge to support the greater growth of the company
• Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members
• Provide feedback on technical issues and sketch/redline technical details as needed
• Support business development through the growth of existing client accounts and the onboarding of new contacts
• Opportunities to lead programs with select retail clients, serving as the key point of client contact while supporting business development and fostering client relations

Required Skills

• Broad understanding of construction and architectural detailing and coordination with consulting disciplines including MEP/S/Civil
• At least ten years of experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Architectural license, or progress in pursuing architectural license through NCARB; alternatively, NCIDQ certification, or progress in its pursuit – preferred
• Code research and permitting due diligence experienceWorking knowledge or proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com, or other project management/production software
