Globeateliê is seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager to lead brand environments for national and global clients. You will guide projects from concept to construction and manage client accounts while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a decade of experience in architecture or related fields, licensure progress preferred, and strong PM skills. Remote work options exist with an emphasis on collaboration and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting.
• Architectural license or progress toward licensure (NCARB); NCIDQ progress preferred.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Code research and permitting due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with select QSR clients, serving as the key point of contact while supporting business development.
• Lead projects through all phases from Schematic Design to Construction Documents and Contract Administration, or lead teams of Job Captains.
• Perform quality checks to ensure code compliance and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects or larger programs.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members.
• Provide feedback on technical issues and sketch/redline details as needed.

Approximately 90% of our Design & Architecture team is currently remote.

Role Description

Globeateliê is seeking a full-time associate to support ideation and management of brand environments for national and global brands, lead project teams, and manage client accounts.

Candidate must have at least ten years' experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programs with select QSR clients, serving as the key point of client contact while supporting business development and fostering client relations
• Lead projects through all phases, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration, and/or lead team of Job Captains to do the same
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure code compliance and adherence to brand standards
• Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects and/or larger programs and initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge to support the greater growth of the company
• Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members
• Provide feedback on technical issues and sketch/redline technical details as needed
• Support business development through the growth of existing client accounts and the onboarding of new contacts

Required Skills

• Broad understanding of construction and architectural detailing and coordination with consulting disciplines including MEP/S/Civil
• At least ten years' of experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Architectural license, or progress in pursuing architectural license through NCARB; alternatively, NCIDQ certification, or progress in its pursuit - preferred
• Code research and permitting due diligence experience
• Working knowledge or proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com, or other project management/production software
