Job summary

Globeateliê is seeking a full-time associate to support ideation and management of brand environments for national and global brands. Lead project teams, manage client accounts, and ensure designs meet brand standards and code compliance.

This role requires ten-plus years in architectural/interior design, licensure progress or NCIDQ, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools. Columbus, OH or US-based (Remote) with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least ten years (fifteen+ preferred) of experience in architectural or interior design environments.
• Experience in project and/or program management and leading teams.
• Licensed architect or pursuing licensure; NCIDQ is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of code research, permitting due diligence, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with select retail clients, serving as the key point of client contact while supporting business development and fostering client relations.
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure code compliance and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead individual projects through all phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration.
• Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects and/or larger programs and initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge to support the greater growth of the company.
• Support business development through the growth of existing client accounts and the onboarding of new contacts.

Globeateliê is seeking a full-time associate to support ideation and management of brand environments for national and global brands, lead project teams, and manage client accounts.

Candidate must have at least ten years experience (fifteen+ preferred) in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead programs with select retail clients, serving as the key point of client contact while supporting business development and fostering client relations
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure code compliance and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead individual projects through all phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration
• Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects and/or larger programs and initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge to support the greater growth of the company
• Support business development through the growth of existing client accounts and the onboarding of new contacts
• Develop designs to scale through various software applications, hand sketching, and materials research
• Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members

Required Skills:

• Broad understanding of construction and architectural detailing, and MEP coordination
• At least ten years (fifteen+ preferred) of experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Architectural license, or progress in pursuing architectural license through NCARB; alternatively, NCIDQ certification, or progress in its pursuit, is preferred
• Code research and permitting due diligence experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and Bluebeam
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Projects, Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com, or other project management/production software
