Job summary

Tri Innovations US is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead civil and infrastructure projects across North America. You will develop comprehensive plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

As the primary client liaison you will coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams, provide regular updates, and ensure contractual commitments are met. Travel up to 25% is required for project site visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety and quality control policies across projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Serve as primary client contact and align objectives with client expectations.
  • Lead project initiation, feasibility assessments, and pre-construction planning.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Oversee procurement processes and contract awards.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Track progress, report KPI, and manage project financials.
  • Provide regular project updates and financial summaries to leadership.
