Qualificações

Experience managing commercial construction projects.
Strong scheduling and budgeting skills.
Proficient with Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and organization.
Knowledge of construction terminology and workflows.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to meet contracts.
Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
Oversee procurement, budgets, and subcontracts.
Monitor progress and adjust plan to stay on budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Field Ops leadership.
Conduct regular on-site meetings and reporting.
