Job summary

Landmark Aquatic Inc. is seeking a Construction/Renovation Superintendent to coordinate and lead on-site activities across multiple job sites. You will schedule subcontractors, manage self-perform crews, and ensure quality control while maintaining daily logs and coordinating with the project team.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of aquatic building experience and a Construction Management degree, with the ability to travel as needed and maintain safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising subcontractors and coordinating with project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Demonstrated endurance visiting large job sites and evaluating safety.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to follow critical path.
• Lead self-perform crews (carpenters, plumbers, laborers) and ensure quality control.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and attend coordination meetings.
• Monitor safety, health and environmental standards and address non-compliance.
• Travel to multiple job sites and assist in budgeting, bidding, and subcontracts.
