Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating owners, architects and subs to meet goals.
• Clear writing and quick, effective communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management.
• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.
• Manage the CM bid process and post bid reviews; lead coordination meetings.
• Lead trade contractor relations and ensure team collaboration and safety compliance.
