Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of an assigned project including monitoring drawing process, bidding review, contract handling, change orders, planning and scheduling.
• Interact with project owners, subcontractors, and architectural/engineering firms.
• Provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Control job costs and collections efforts.
• Manage subcontractors and resolve scheduling/contractual issues.
• Coordinate field repairs with internal teams and customers; attend site meetings.
