• 7–10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality.
• Forecast and analyze costs, exposures, and profits.
• Develop a schedule for all project phases.
• Assist with permits and critical due dates; communicate schedule impacts.
• Develop and implement project-specific processes.
• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities with the Superintendent.
• Manage project costs via labor, materials, equipment evaluations.
• Interface with departments; resolve issues; liaison with client and subs.
• Ensure safety measures and compliance.
• Support closeout with record drawings and warranties.

Education
