Faulconer Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project management team and optimize project profitability. This role requires professional conduct, teamwork, and alignment with Faulconer’s Core Values.

You will assist with setup, budgeting, cost tracking, schedules, subcontracts, purchase orders, and field coordination on office and field sites, with a focus on quality and safety.

Formación

• College degree required or equivalent construction-related education.
• 1–2 years experience in a construction environment or similar.
• Familiarity with construction processes and safety practices.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines with problem-solving.
• Ability to learn and apply new construction technologies and software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in project setup, budget download, and cost-code integration.
• Develop subcontracts including scope, cost, and production tracking.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, cost codes, pay apps, and change orders.
• Support resource planning and crew development on projects.
• Coordinate with field staff and Subcontractors for timely submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling, production tracking, and cost analysis.
• Maintain documentation and ensure QA/QC as needed.
