Faulconer is seeking a Project Manager - Mission Critical to execute construction projects from kickoff to completion. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while coordinating with Owners, GCs, and Subcontractors.

Strong communication and organization are essential to align internal teams and client expectations. The position requires experience on Mission Critical projects, plus a Bachelor’s degree and ability to adapt to evolving project needs on site and in office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years working in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with safety in construction.
• Familiarity with construction processes.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks quickly and accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a large team setting.
• Previous experience on Mission Critical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scope reviews and handoff meetings.
• Partner with Operations and Estimating teams to finalize contract scope.
• Ensure project compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with accounting to provide Bond and COI.
• Lead project meetings (Kickoff, Pre-construction, Reviews).
• Set up cost codes and prepare budget for download.
• Issue purchase orders and prepare subcontracts.
• Procure and submit submittals and RFIs.
• Maintain project schedule with regular updates to the client.
• Manage payment applications and process invoices.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Forecast remaining costs and potential budget changes.
• Submit monthly reports and invoices to project owner/GC.
• Price change orders with Estimating and secure approvals.
