Job summary

SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC is seeking a National Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead security integration projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while directing both the project team and technical staff in a fast-paced national environment.

This Full Time role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects and technical resources.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Operating systems knowledge.
• Access Control software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project plan / time frame / procedures on all projects and schedules project coordination meetings with appropriate personnel.
• Determines technical staffing requirements, schedules and manages appropriate resources needed to complete project.
• Manage customer’s expectations within project timelines and project budgets, forecasting and scheduling of subcontractors and technicians.
• Prepares and maintains all necessary paperwork for projects (e.g. monthly forecast, billings report, Project Management Reviews).
• Follow implementation procedures per job on a timely basis.
• PM is responsible for final system testing / job sign-off / turnover of a quality product to the customer and SAGE Service Department.
• Initiates and adapts well to change.
• Project Engineers/PMs are responsible as a team to meet project objectives in a proficient and professional manner.
