Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial Construction to lead complex construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards on healthcare, mission-critical, and commercial facilities.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor safety compliance, manage budgets and schedules, and report milestones. The role requires 8+ years of PM experience and a BS in construction management; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Experience with healthcare and mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
