Lifecycle Construction Services, a Texas-based firm, seeks an experienced Construction/PM to lead design-build and construction management projects across federal, state, and private clients. You will manage scheduling, safety, quality, and finances, coordinating subcontractors and vendors to meet contract objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 5–10 years of PM experience, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6, delivering projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar with 5–10 years PM experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail under deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Proactive leadership with strong problem-solving and bias for action.
• Ability to manage resources to meet objectives.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong working knowledge of Procore and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Customer/Client relations – exceed expectations and maintain open communications.
• Safety – enforce project safety policies and procedures.
• Schedule – manage weekly/monthly schedule reports to meet contract requirements.
• Quality Control – implement QC procedures and support QC personnel.
• Financial Management – prepare budgets, assist in procurement, pay apps, and reports.
• Subcontractor management – coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Change Orders and Change Estimates – manage with client and subs.
