Qualifications
3-5 years of project manager experience preferred.
Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating required.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve technical issues.
Process and manage subcontractor payments and change orders.
Serve as primary point of contact for project owners and lead meetings.
