Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project manager experience preferred.
• Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Process and manage subcontractor payments and change orders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project owners and lead meetings.
