Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects for a commercial mechanical or infrastructure contractor.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of high-quality construction projects within budget constraints.
• Provide periodic progress reports and perform contract cost/budget analysis.
• Incorporate scope changes, verify estimates, and load them into the cost system.
• Conduct pre-job planning meetings and drive action item closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules integrated with the master schedule.
• Manage subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.
• Submit monthly contract billings to maintain cash flow.
• Resolve conflicts with customers, vendors, and field crews promptly.
• Visit job sites to inspect progress and resolve issues.
• Identify policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
