Job summary

Power Contracting LLC is seeking a Project Manager Civil / Electrical (Architecture) to lead projects spanning Civil, Electric Substation, Distribution, and Transmission. You will plan, schedule, and control scope, budget, and quality while directing multi-disciplinary teams onsite in Phoenix.

The role requires a four-year engineering or construction management degree and at least six years of construction project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 6+ years in construction project management or related field.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and multi-discipline coordination.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and control project scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate Civil, Electric Substation, Distribution, and Transmission work.
• Manage resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Interface with clients, engineers, and stake holders to resolve issues.
• Maintain CPM schedules and provide regular progress reports.
