MPI in Cleveland is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You will lead delivery teams and coordinate across owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and contract compliance, with a strong focus on budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships. A background in construction management is preferred.

Description
  • Oversee large ground‑up wood-frame multifamily construction projects ranging from $20M-$60M.

Profile
  • Experience managing large scale woodframe multifamily construction projects preferred (ideally valued at $20M+)
  • Proven experience overseeing large, ground‑up multifamily, mid‑rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
