Job summary

The CMAK Energy Group is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Travel will be approximately 80% to project sites. You will collaborate with contractors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders, resolve issues, and report progress to leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Plan, organize, and execute project activities to support successful project completion.
• Vet contractors, review proposals, and negotiate estimates.
• Monitor contractor performance and hold contractors accountable for quality, safety, and deadlines.
• Ensure all projects meet company standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, permits, and reporting.
• Track and organize project files and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, city inspectors, contractors, and colleagues.
• Travel to project sites to monitor progress and provide project updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and obstacles as they arise.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to leadership.
