Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial work to lead planning, coordination, and budgeting across multiple domestic locations. You will oversee safety, quality, and productivity on site while interfacing with owners, A/Es, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in engineering or construction management and 10 years of construction experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management.
• Experience managing USG construction projects.
• Ability to manage cost, scheduling and safety on large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting for Commercial projects.
• Control costs and allocate resources across projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents for completeness.
• Oversee safety, quality and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with owner, A/E representatives and subcontractors.
• Prepare execution plans and manage change orders.
