Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Construction Manager to oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initiation and planning through commissioning and closeout. The role supports retrofit, expansion, and build-out of delivery-station facilities across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in construction.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with commercial/industrial projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, document control, and project execution.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Smartsheet, BIM360/ACC, MS Office).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through closeout.
• Lead startup activities, permits, and readiness planning.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, design changes, and drawings control.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, safety, and scope.
• Lead meetings, report status, communicate risks and milestones.
• Coordinate procurement and site logistics to support schedules.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
