Job summary

LHH is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Baltimore, MD to oversee project delivery from initiation to closeout, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality/safety compliance.

The role entails project planning, site management, budgeting and cost control, and active coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. A bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and proven PM experience are required. Competitive benefits are offered.

Key responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, procuring materials, negotiating contracts, and directing staff and subcontractors.
