Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned professional with strong GC experience in luxury retail interiors to lead complex interior projects. The role focuses on coordinating ground-up and commercial works, interfacing with leadership, and delivering high-end results on schedule.

You should have a construction management or civil engineering degree and hands-on experience with Procore and Bluebeam to manage programs and communicate progress effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial interiors GC experience in luxury retail.
• Must have a degree related to construction management or civil engineering.
• Experience with ground-up/commercial work in hospitals/medical facilities.

Description

Plans, organizes, and participates in the coordination, development and implementation of projects, programs and strategic initiatives to meet strategic goals. Provides management support to leadership. Works closely with leadership to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.

**Must have Commercial experience with high-end residential and retail projects & interior fit-outs**
**Must have a degree related to construction management, civil engineering, etc**

Should have a degree in construction management, civil engineering or related to those. Experience needed with Procore & Bluebeam.
