Job summary

MPI, acting on behalf of a leading client, seeks a senior professional to plan, organize, and drive complex commercial projects from concept through delivery. The role focuses on coordination across teams, leadership of project initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of strategic programs.

The successful candidate will have ground-up experience in hospitals/medical facilities, a construction management or civil engineering background, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial experience with high-end residential and retail projects & interior fit-outs.
• Must have a degree related to construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ground-up/commercial work in hospitals/medical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and participates in the coordination, development and implementation of projects, programs and strategic initiatives to meet strategic goals.
• Provides management support to leadership and works closely with leadership to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align initiatives with corporate goals and program timelines.
