Qualifications

• At least 6 years of commercial construction experience required.
• Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and field experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project types and complexities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final billing.
