Job summary

Cumming Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager - CSA to lead complex construction and capital projects from planning through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination while driving value engineering and ensuring exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in construction or capital projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and professional certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in construction or capital projects.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, cost management, scheduling, and VE.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk in line with client objectives.
• Drive value engineering and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead teams of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to success.
• Develop PM plans, budgets, and cost projections; oversee permits and approvals.
