Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead field operations on our Texas sites. You will coordinate with Owners, prime contractors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget while upholding a safety-first mindset.

Applicants should have a Construction Management degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of construction management experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and familiarity with P6 scheduling and Bid/Heavy

Qualifications

Construction Management Degree or equivalent required.
3+ years of construction management experience.
Strong Excel and Word skills; proficient in scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain liaison between Owner, Prime Contractor, or Subcontractor to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor and control construction with the on-site Superintendent to keep on schedule and within budget.
Monitor overall safety of employees on the project.
Coordinate materials, trucking, and subcontractor work.
Represent the company in project meetings and assist in planning meetings.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and maintain client relationships.
Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Project Manager.
