Servpro Team Phillips/Smith seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse restoration and building projects, ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction. You will coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, crews and subcontractors while upholding safety standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with hands-on project management experience in construction to drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous construction management experience
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction project, employees, and subcontractors to successful completion of project.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents
