Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to ensure the highest quality of service on all projects. You will oversee operations of multiple construction projects, lead the construction team, and coordinate with clients to meet schedules and budgets.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, construction management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope requirements.
• Document each project with photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Conduct end-of-day/debrief with other superintendents.
