Job summary

SERVPRO – Team Wall is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee restoration construction projects, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction from start to finish.

The role involves planning, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing estimates, and maintaining strong client relationships. A background in restoration/construction with solid communication and organization is essential; PMP preferred and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in restoration and construction is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in estimating and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction, including warranty activities.
• Educate customers on construction process and document scope of work.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, budgets, and resources; review estimates and change orders.
• Coordinate inspections and manage subcontractors and vendors on site.
• Conduct frequent site visits; document activities and maintain client communications.
• Lead and develop Construction Services team, including performance reviews and training.
