SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake - 11851 seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles, from intake to completion. You will drive profitability, manage customer relationships, and lead teams to deliver high-quality restoration projects.

You will convert leads, prepare scope and estimates, secure contracts, and ensure compliance with codes. Strong communication and proactive leadership are essential to success.

Formación

• Proven experience managing construction projects.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in restoration or construction is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer service efforts, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project.
• Handle and resolve warranty claims promptly.
• Guide customers through the construction process.
• Convert leads into projects through precise estimates and scoping, ensuring alignment with program specifications.
• Secure project commitments with deposits and signed contracts.
• Define and document the scope of work for each project.
• Create detailed estimates, supplements, and change orders; negotiate scope and cost with customers.
• Ensure acquisition of permits and compliance with local codes.
• Develop and oversee project schedule and budget adherence.
• Identify, vet, and negotiate terms with subcontractors and resource providers.
• Manage superintendents and coordinate on-site walkthroughs for project introductions.
• Ensure all work meets the plans, specifications, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Understand and perform duties of Construction Project Coordinator and Superintendent.
• Meet personal and team KPIs.
• Take initiative and fulfill responsibilities.
