SERVPRO of Benton, Jasper, Newton & Southern Lake Counties is seeking a Construction Manager to lead project teams and ensure the highest quality of service for customers and clients on all construction projects.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, construction management experience, and excellent organizational and leadership skills; PMP certification is preferred, along with strong written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Ability to meet established production goals and manage profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign duties to superintendents
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents
