Job summary

IICRC is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager in Mississippi to oversee the full lifecycle of restoration and construction projects, from initial client engagement to project closeout.

You will lead estimating, scope definition, scheduling, permitting, and vendor negotiation while ensuring quality and budget adherence. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• A strong history of excellent customer service.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restoration or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service efforts and guide customers through the construction process.
• Convert leads into projects with precise estimates and scoping.
• Define and document the scope of work for each project.
• Create estimates, supplements, and change orders; negotiate scope and cost.
• Ensure permits and codes compliance for all projects.
• Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets.
• Identify, vet, and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage superintendents and coordinate on-site walk-throughs.
• Ensure all work meets plans, specs, and requirements.
• Meet KPIs and take initiative; support Operations Manager.
