Cobblestone Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and extensive experience with construction contracts, drawings, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with tact, judgement, and a highly-developed sense of responsibility.
• Fast learner capable of taking total project responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with construction contracts, drawings, and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specs, samples and owner standards.
• Document construction progress including shop drawings, manpower, schedules, delays, changes, payments.
• Maintain liaison between owners, subcontractors, architect, engineers and consultants during construction.
• Maintain project schedule and budget; participate in pre-bid conferences on projects.
