Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Grand Rapids team and oversee multi‑project delivery from planning to execution. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and vendor management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget performance while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead risk management initiatives, monitor progress across 5–10 projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize PMO and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction experience.
• Clear understanding of supply chain complexities and downstream impacts.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities; able to influence and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial, contractual, and operational aspects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile project budgets; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead risk management efforts to minimize delays, cost overruns, and safety concerns.
• Maintain awareness of site status, milestones, and active risk mitigation across multiple projects.
