Job summary

Hunter Roberts Construction Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management Team and assist in planning, coordinating activities to meet project goals on time, within funding, and with high quality.

The role involves equipment scheduling, ensuring latest contract docs reach subs, tracking submittals and RFIs, and assisting in cost management and reporting. OSHA 30 certification is required, and relocation benefits are not offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years Construction Management experience.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, delivery, and distribution activities.
• Ensure field changes, approved shop drawings/cut sheets, sketches, RFIs, etc. are incorporated into the build set.
• Ensure all subcontractors have the latest contract documents, approved shop drawings, etc.
• Review submittals to create submittal logs and track submissions from subcontractors.
• Manage incoming RFIs and the RFI process.
• Assist in negotiating subcontractor proposals for inclusion into documents.
