Job summary

Grunley Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead the complete execution of complex construction projects, coordinating between field, office, and senior management. You will mentor the project team and drive successful results.

The role reports to the Project Executive and requires strong knowledge of PM software, scheduling, and procurement processes to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Develop staffing plans, organize job site administration, procure subcontractors and suppliers, oversee subcontractors’ quality of work, coordinate across trades, manage changes, ensure safety systems and timely material delivery.
• Schedule Management: Develop, monitor and update project schedule; oversee subcontractor schedules.
• Cost Control: Establish and manage project cost control, monitor budgets, approve subcontractor payments, submit invoices on time.
• Communications: Maintain relationships with Owner, design professionals, and subcontractors; manage information systems; coordinate site and office activities; communicate revisions and cost status to Grunley management.
