Job summary

Grunley Construction is seeking a Project Manager to ensure complete and satisfactory execution of construction projects. The PM acts as the central point for coordinating information between field, office, senior management and the project team.

The role reports to the Project Executive and will be based at Grunley's Rockville HQ for 6 months before project start-up. Requires strong leadership and experience in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing project staffing plans and assignments.
• Organizes and oversees job site administration.
• Assists in procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversees subcontractors’ quality of work and coordination among trades.
• Identifies and resolves issues and changes.
• Ensures site safety and security systems are in place and operating.
