Job summary

Grunley Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complete construction projects from planning through closeout in the DMV region.

You will coordinate field and office teams, manage schedules, budgets, and procurement, and ensure safety and quality on site. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business and at least five years of construction experience, with strong Procore and P6 scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develops project staffing and assigns team members.
• Oversees job site administration and subcontractor coordination.
• Manages procurement and ensures quality of trades.
• Identifies issues and implements changes effectively.
• Ensures site safety, timely material delivery, and project controls.
• Develops and updates CPM schedules; coordinates subcontractor schedules.
• Establishes cost control systems and monitors budgets.
• Maintains communications with Owner, design professionals, and contractors.
