Job summary

The Project Manager (PM) at Grunley Construction will oversee the full execution of complex construction projects in the DMV area, reporting to the Project Executive. You will lead coordination between field, office, and management, and mentor the project team to meet safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business and at least five years of construction experience, with Procore and P6 scheduling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience required.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of staffing plan and assignments.
• Organizes and oversees job site administration.
• Assists in procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversees subcontractors’ quality of work and coordination among trades.
• Identifies and resolves issues and changes.
• Ensures site safety and security systems are in place and operating.
• Ensures all materials are delivered properly and on time.
