Job summary

Grunley Construction is seeking a Project Manager to ensure complete and satisfactory execution of construction projects, serving as the focal point for coordination among field, office, senior management and project teams.

The PM provides leadership, support and training to the project team and reports to the Project Executive. A 4-year degree and at least five years of construction experience are required. Salary ranges will be discussed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of construction project management software (Procore and P6 scheduling) is required.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: develop staffing plans, oversee job site administration, procure subcontractors and suppliers, oversee quality and coordination, manage issues and changes, ensure site safety and on-time materials delivery.
