Grunley Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the complete and satisfactory execution of complex construction projects in the DMV region.

You will serve as the focal point for coordinating project information between field, office, and senior management, providing leadership and mentorship to the project team. The PM reports to the Project Executive and will oversee scope, schedule, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of staffing plans and assignments.
• Organizes and oversees job site administration.
• Assists in procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversees subcontractors’ quality of work and coordination among trades.
• Identifies and resolves issues and changes.
• Ensures safety and security systems are in place and functioning.
• Ensures materials are delivered properly and on time.
